It is true that it’s impossible to predict all costs upfront, but as soon as your contract is signed, the final amount is fixed, there will be no new costs, all possible costs will be listed in the contract, no surprises. You’ll know all costs beforehand. All the possible extra fees (for twin pregnancy, C-section etc.) will be reviewed and specifically mentioned in the contract. You’ll get official bills for every medical procedure or service provided.
4. Fixed price
The price for any services we agreed in the contract will never change, whatever happens. Yes, it is as straightforward as it sounds.
5. Step by step payment
We never need any lump-sum upfront payment. It’s a step-by-step payment only, you pay only for the services provided.
6. A surrogate will always get a fair exploitation free compensation
We respect women we work with, as their decision to carry a baby for someone requires a generous spirit, dedication and compassion. They have a full right to be fairly compensated for their kind services and we do everything that we can to provide our surrogates with a good compensation and other benefits before, during and after pregnancy.
7. If for any reasons the program cannot be continued with a surrogate we matched you with, a new surrogate will be offered free of charge
We always aim for perfect matches, though there are rare cases when at some point before pregnancy a surrogate cannot continue participating in the program for medical, legal or any other reasons. In this extremely rare case we will do another matching at no additional cost. A free alternative surrogate will be provided.
8. We guarantee that a surrogate will not keep your child and will give her consent so that you could be listed on the birth certificate
Our lawyers always keep in touch with surrogates during the pregnancy to spot and fix any signs of emotional instability. All the surrogates we work with have a free access to our support services and psychologists who work to ensure that the surrogate will not want to keep the baby. The surrogate can get her final compensation only after our clients get the birth certificate with their names as parents – that’s just how we work.
