June 26, 2020. Konstantin Svitnev, General Director of Rosjurconsulting, gave a presentation at the II International Congress on Reproductive Law REPRO 2020 (June 26-27, 2020, Kiev) on “The Right to Procreation and Marital Status”.
In his speech, Konstantin Svitnev emphasized the fact that the right to procreate is a natural inherent right of every person and no discrimination based on marital status or sex in its implementation should be tolerated. The state is obliged to ensure equal access to assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including surrogate motherhood, for all adult and capable citizens wishing to become parents.
